Another song where the base is de melody. It’s a slow bass rhythm and it gets you in a flow.
It surprised me at 1:48. So practice that next time…
When Sadé voice starts around 2:00 the song get a full spectrum, but the bass stays in the lead.
Don’t mind the false note at 3:20. I play 16(D) instead of 13.(G#)… sorry.
At 3:50 it’s get funky. I love the bass line variations, because they get stuck in your head. The last one at 4:04 should be in everyone’s repertoire. But I feel the variation at 4:24 is out of rhythm.
Just flow to the end of the song, the same the song started.
Sidenote:
I try to find recognizable easy to play songs for Bass on Rocksmith 2014. I don’t do extra practice for recording, so there will be mistakes. I changed the setup so the the G string (orange) is on top and the E string is at the bottom, because I played TABS for guitar before. All songs are in the key of E standard. I like to thank all the creators of the custom DLC’s.
